Shona brings over eight years of dedicated experience to Service First FCU, where her passion for helping others shines through in every role she takes on. She began her journey as a Personal

Financial Officer, fell in love with team development, and transitioned into corporate training to handle onboarding and continuous education for the entire credit union staff. Now, as Branch Manager, Shona brings that same passion to guiding the teller line, member

engagement team, and consumer lending department. A natural organizer and clear communicator, she loves demystifying complex software platforms, creating practical tools, and empowering her

colleagues to thrive in their daily work. Shona holds a degree in Business Management from DSU. When she isn't busy developing her team or crafting helpful cheat sheets, Shona is entirely focused

on her family. She is an active supporter of her children’s extracurricular activities and can frequently be found on the sidelines supporting her husband’s coaching endeavors with South Dakota Junior Football.
