Brady Vaughn

As the Business Development Representative for FloorTec Cleaning & Restoration, I help homeowners, businesses, property managers, real estate professionals, and insurance agents navigate unexpected property damage situations with confidence. Our team specializes in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, trauma and biohazard cleanup, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning throughout South Dakota and Northeast Nebraska.

My role is to build strong relationships within the communities we serve and be a reliable resource when emergencies happen. Whether it's a flooded basement, a pipe break, storm damage, mold concerns, or a commercial property loss, our goal is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and help restore both the property and peace of mind.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my two children, watching and playing sports, and taking advantage of South Dakota summers by spending time on the lake with family and friends. I value building genuine relationships both personally and professionally and enjoy being actively involved in the communities we serve.
